How to loose weight

I have a good news today!

I am just ecstatic because I have finally achieved my goal: I lost 2 kilograms in less than a month and I finally trimmed down my used to be stubborn belly fats. Isn’t that amazing? I almost lost hope and the enthusiasm but one thing changed my course. You see, here’s the fact: When you get older, your metabolism also gets slower. But there are actually ways in which we can hack this slowed down metabolism. Good thing I’m a nutritionist-dietitian and got my license. I could always relearn the science. Plus, I got inspired by the encouraging testimony of my friend about her diet and exercise.

Here’s the deal. I can teach you how to loose weight but all of these sciences that I have learned in seven years of being a clinical dietitian wouldn’t be of good use if not put into decisive action.

Through the years I have studied and mastered the art of loosing weight and I have watched this victoriously happen to all of my persistent and determined clients.

Loosing weight is first, a science in that every human body is unique; and it is evidence based. Secondly, it’s an art because it requires many approaches and factors as psychology,  home economics, cooking and other integrated health approaches.

So what does it takes to hit this bingo?

I.COMMITMENT

First things first: A commitment  to accept the challenge.

II.BELIEVE IT WILL HAPPEN

Second, you’ve got to conceive it in your mind that you can do it and that it will actually happen. You’ve got to imagine it really happen.

III.TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE

Get a partner, a sidekick or pick your favorite partner in good crime for this challenge or whatever you want to call it. I call it a joyful challenge because I already to conceived in my mind the joy to inspire others to do the same and to accept the challenge. It would also help if you hang around people who already achieved your dream goal. Get inspiration from them. Read their books, listen to their stories or blogs. Seek encouragement from them. You will never fail.

IV.MOTIVATION

Fourth, you’ve got to have the right motivation. Go on! Pick that dress on the shop you’ve always been p to eye on. Or pick that sexy bikini on your favorite boutique and make it your motivation. Or you’ve been eyeing this sexy shirt or sports attire. Go on! Do not hesitate because that thing will motivate you. Go ahead! Remember that pictures bring power to our daily lives same as words affect our emotions. There is power on pictures. Remember the power of dream boards? It’s when dreamers put the pictures of their dream houses, or dream cars or dream jobs or dream travel places. Then they post on their wall to see and to smile with it every day. You can put yours and post with it your fitness and wellness goals. Now you will never get wrong with that. There you go, you are now ready for the next big victory ahead which is the PERFECT COMBINATION of SCIENCE, NUTRITION AND PROPER DIET, REST and EXERCISE.
